"The Mission Comes First"

THE MISSION

Task Force Patriot Mission:
To assist members of the U.S. military, military veterans and families in times of physical, emotional and spiritual need, as a result of relocation, separation, absence or loss of a family member due to military service.

Mission Statement:
Task Force Patriot exists for the purpose of sharing the fullness of life in Jesus Christ with all U.S. military, military veterans and families. The outreach is to those in need of gaining new growth and balance in their   lives.... as they assist others, while serving Him.

Task Force Patriot Vision:
The vision of Task Force Patriot is to spread this model throughout the United States, giving veterans across America the opportunity to come together, at a common date and time, where like-minded veterans can enjoy fellowship and minister to one another's needs.

Task Force Patriot Values:
Christ is our Commander-in-Chief. Task Force Patriot does not attempt to draw members from their present church or fellowship. Task Force Patriot is not a political advocacy group, or combat club. All military veterans, who served this country in a time of peace or conflict, are welcome. No membership dues are charged. Task Force Patriot is a common ground veteran to veteran outreach.

Task Force Patriot Scripture:
"Two are better than one because they have a good reward for their efforts. For if either falls, his companion can lift him up; but pity the one who falls without another to lift him up." Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 (HCSB)

Task Force Patriot Motto:

"The Mission comes first"

Task Force Patriot Origin:

Task Force Patriot outreach began, with a dinner meeting on May 13, 1999. Colonel Ben Purcell (US Army-Ret.), was the first guest speaker. Each month has brought the outreach another motivating and inspirational messenger. Over 700 were in attendance for the February 2000 meeting, when Dr. Stu Weber came as guest speaker. Growth potential is boundless, in locations across the United States.
